Booking & Payments
Reservations can be made online through our website or by phone at 204-878-5090
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Full payment is required at the time of booking.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. You will receive an email reminder with a payment link two weeks before your stay.
If final payment is not received by the 7-day deadline, we will assume the booking has been cancelled and the room will be released. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
If you need to modify your booking, please reach out to our sales team, and we’ll be happy to assist. If you need to cancel your booking you may do so at any time through the cancellation link provided in the booking confirmation email.
Rooms & Amenities
We offer Standard Rooms (one queen and one twin bed), Twin Rooms (two twin beds), and a Suite Room (one queen and pull-out sofa). All rooms feature a private ensuite bathroom with shower.
Children aged 12 and under can stay in a room as a third guest at no additional charge. For rooms with three adult guests, an additional fee of $50 per night will apply for the third adult. This fee includes a continental breakfast each morning.
No, pets are not allowed at the Blueberry Inn.
We offer room cleaning services for stays of three nights or longer. For shorter stays, rooms are fully prepared before arrival, and fresh towels and toiletries are available upon request.

Travel & Activities
The Blueberry Inn is located in Churchill, Manitoba, a remote northern destination that can only be accessed by plane or train—there are no roads leading into Churchill. Once you arrive in Churchill, local transportation options can bring you directly to the Blueberry Inn.

The Blueberry Inn is strictly an accommodation and does not offer polar bear safari packages. These unforgettable adventures take place far from town in remote locations for the best wildlife experiences.
However, you can still stay at the Blueberry Inn and book day tours or excursions with local tour operators based in Churchill.
